In what format are stored in a file? If you have access to better formats to save your files as an AVI file
Your camera has a file management software (a lot of things that Sony does) that the media than to read a file encoded only by the Sony software. If so, you must open the video with him and then convert it into a file. Avi

Also check your RAM. Probably at least 1.2 GB need to see decent video resolution without delay. After a video card with good memories on board also recommended that

Edit; Wndows media and updated drivers for your graphics card?

If your computer loads the images from the camera "should appear somewhere. It may be necessary to remain connected to the camera to your computer if you want to play videos. If that fails, then I do not know what will. But I know the team will be downloaded directly from the camera. Or maybe you have some time to absorb the video.

Could it be that the camera is a great format that your team has trouble processing takes place (with too much memory). Close all other memory demanding applications. Make a cleaning CD, if you put garbage on his computer, and run some anti-mining software (Ad-Aware, are used, for example) if your PC from the parasite programs.

There are also free software available to change the video format or change the memory size to a smaller size of hunger. My favorite is the super (c). Change. A. AVI WMV certainly reduces the file size, if nothing else!
