In October 2007 Mel Tillis became a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Singer / Entertainer: Mel has recorded more than 60 albums. He had thirty-six Top Ten singles, with nine of them would be the number one - "Good Woman Blues, "" Coca Cola Cowboy "and" Southern Rain "to name a few.
